How to Process your Return

Step 1: Email us through  – Provide us with your order number

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Customer Care Specialists will provide you with:

  • Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • An email with detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Pack & Ship

  • Use and pack product in original packaging with all included items
  • Affix the shipping label we provided to the package (includes the RA#)
  • Send package to the address specified in the email

Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund or ship the replacement product (in the case of an exchange).
  • Original payment method used will be credited for the refund in 5-7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Fee Structure:

Returns 20% Restocking Fee
Exchanges 10% Restocking Fee

You won’t be charged any fees if the reason for the return or exchange is because of an error on our part, such as:

  • We sent you the wrong item after you have placed your order over the phone
  • The product has a manufacturer’s defect


What items are eligible for a return or exchange?

Any item can be returned within 30 days, provided it is returned in original packaging and parts in new and unused condition.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Some products, including (but not limited to) custom patterned and custom painted items, are not returnable.
  • Freight shipments
  • Items that have been installed on your vehicle.
  • Items that have been modified (drilled or altered in any way)
  • International Orders

What are the reasons for a return?

  • Defective Product
  • While we pride ourselves in our partnerships with leading vendors, accidents can happen. Email us at option #2 once you discover the defect, and we’ll straighten it out.
  • Damaged Product
  • Occasionally packages in transit can become damaged. Call us right away so we can set it straight.
  • Incorrect Product
  • If you’ve received an incorrect product, or if we’ve guaranteed fitment on your order, and the product does not fit your vehicle, give us a call or Email us at   and select option #2, and we’ll start the return process for you.
  • Lost Package
  • If your tracking information says delivered, but you haven’t received your package yet, let us know. We will work with the carrier to get to the bottom of it.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Returns happen, and we’re here to make the experience easy! In most cases, you are responsible for return shipping, but we can offer you a discounted return shipping label. If your item arrived defective or we made a mistake, we will happily take care of the return shipping.
